Wow, 50 years? Sure don't feel fifty years older but I'm sure I look it. Looking forward to seeing all at upcoming reunion. Haven't been back to GP in years so it should be fun reconnecting. I stay busy walking my two mutts, chauffeuring my granddaughter to and from soccer games and track meets, and visiting my newest grandson, Ben, in Portland, OR. Life has been challenging at times buty almost always happy! I've been living in Asheville, NC, area for about 23 years and love it but never seem to get over missing Lake St. Clair and hearing the freighters sound their horns. Hope to see you all this September!

THIS SITE IS FANTASTIC!! RECENTLY HEARD ABOUT THE UPCOMING 50th REUNION IN SEPTEMBER! 50 YEARS - SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE! HOPE THE GATHERING IS A GREAT SUCCESS! LIVING ON A SMALL ROCK IN THE ATLANTIC IS BOTH BLISSFUL AND CHALLENGING. I CONTINUE TO ENJOY MY TIME EXPLORING THE WONDERS OF THE SEA ON THE SURFACE AND BELOW. MY VERY BEST TO ALL THE CLASS OF '63. "SIMPLY THE BEST" |

Ellen died on March 27, 2021 See her obituary in the Photo albums link. She wrote this a few years ago-- My husband (who I met on a blind date in 11th grade at the High School) and I live in Jupiter, Florida. We've been here ten years now. Like most of my classmates I'm sure, we are proud grandparents. Our son David and his wife who live in Orlando have given us our five-year old grandson Christopher, amber eyed, black haired, olive hued and gorgeous like his Greek mother. Our daughter Rebecca still lives in Maryland, where she and her husband and our granddaughter Sarah have a horse farm close by the Cheasapeake on Maryland's eastern shore. Both Dave and I stay active working part time. I am teaching math to homeschoolers in a Classical Chistian Homeschool association that meets at my church. Dave has been retired from his banking career more than fifteen years now, but still stays busy fixing broken businesses. Hope all my old classmates are in good health and enjoying their retirement too.
