After high school I went to UW-LaCrosse for a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Health; then I went to University of Michigan for a Master's degree. From there we went to Sheboygan, WI for teaching positions in Sheboygan Public Schools. I also coached football, track & field, swimming & diving and was a referee for many athletic events. My wife Connie and I retired after 33 years of teaching and are now spending winters in Florida and summers in Wisconsin. Our granddaughters are in NC, CO, and MA so we spend a lot of time traveling. And now we have a great-granddaughter to visit. |

I went to Richard, Pierce, and Brownell and then moved to Florida. B.A. from Florida Atlantic University, M.S. from Nova Southeastern University. My hobbies are sailing, skiing, golf, and painting. I have learned to fly also. I'm so disappointed that I won't be able to attend the 50th reunion. I attended the 40th and had a great time. Although I didn't graduate with most of you, I hope my friends and classmates from Richard will remember me. I retired 7 years ago and became an artist. I hope you'll take a look at my work at www.lynnmorgangallery.com. I'm also on Facebook at Lynn Morgan Fine Art and my personal page, Lynn Harris Morgan. I live in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, have a daughter and 2.5 grandchildren.

Youngest daughter in law school in Boston, grad from Georgetown; Middle daughter grad Skidmore, in PR in Boston as a Sr. Acct Exec; oldest at Simmons College. I am active on a number of Boards - Boston Ballet, New England Aquarium, Dean's Counsel Harvard Grad School of Ed, Max Warburg Courage Curriculum, Visiting Committee Miss Hall's School; certified Orton Gillingham tutor; currently at Simmons College slowly working on an MBA. We have been fortunate to have traveled with family to Africa, France (where I lived for a month-attempting to master French), Russia, Baltic countries, Germany, and a few others thrown in. We have taken our boat to Croatia, the coast of Italy, Greece and Turkey. Have been married 32 years. John sold his company 11 years ago, we bought a beautiful sailboat, Little Harbor 72, which we spend quite a bit of time on in the Carribbean in the winter and Cape/Maine in the summer....gives us a great deal of pleasure and relaxation away from crowded and busy lives. After John sold his company he started /bought others (automotive mfg) and continues to build on that base. Located in Grand Rapids he works with his brother and there is never a dull moment as he is there 2 weeks a month usually. He is busy on a number of boards, several in higher education and we share membership on the Deans Advisory Counsel at HGSE. We bought a 1880 brownstone house on Commonwealth Avenue in the Back Bay neighborhood and right in the middle of the city -completely renovated it 10 years ago, returning it to a single family- but without the need to have 10 servants!!! Boston is a wonderful city - we have loved being here and raising our girls. Life has not been without some significant challenges but all in all it has been a life of learning, exploring, enjoying all we have been blessed to have been given. |
